Inna Berkovich is a Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of Emerging Technologies, Inc. where she oversees all client engagements and provides vision and direction on all initiatives of the company. From 2012 to 2016 Inna had also served as the Chief Information Officer at Addus HomeCare Corporation and Addus HealthCare Inc, one of the nation's largest providers of personal home care and support services. At Addus, Inna served as a member of the executive management team, providing strategic vision and leadership for the company's Information Systems and directing the development and execution of all information technology programs and initiatives. Prior to Addus, Inna served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at AIM Specialty Health, a division of Anthem, for 13 years. Inna Berkovich received her MBA, with emphasis on Management Information Systems, from DePaul University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Illinois.
Paul Berkovich is a Co-Founder and President of Emerging Technologies, Inc. Paul is an accomplished professional Consultant bringing over 20 years of outstanding experience innovating, designing, developing, implementing, and directing cost-effective, high-performance technology and business solutions. He is a strong leader with a proven track record of accomplishing cost reductions, increased profitability, and process improvements in the Information Systems and Technology field. Paul works with both business teams and technical experts to execute and implement business requirements utilizing business analysis and project management discipline in managing in-house as well as offshore resources and projects. Paul Berkovich received his MBA, with emphasis on Management Information Systems, from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Illinois.
Russ Berkun is a Senior Partner and Solutions Architect at Emerging Technologies, Inc. He brings over 17 years of experience working with many major corporations and consulting powerhouses. Technologist at heart with deep understanding of Lean Principles, Russ utilizes these perfected traits in guiding him to exceed expectations with the timeliness, cost, and quality of the software ETI delivers. Russ oversees the IT Operations for the company, helping to define and implement the IT strategy in order to support the company’s innovation and growth objectives. He works directly with Clients to share the experience and knowledge thru implementation of proven methodology and tools. Russ Berkun received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. He is a father of two and enjoys outdoors and extreme sports during his leisure time.
